About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at DIVRAJ FREIGHT SERVICES INC. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring the smooth execution of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and optimize operational efficiency.

Coordinate Logistics and Operations

Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments, requisitioning materials and equipment, and establishing work schedules and procedures.

Lead and Train Team Members

Train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, operational metrics, and areas for improvement.

Resolve Work Problems and Improve Productivity

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field

Language

English

Work Hours

32 to 40 hours per week
