About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Alarm System Technician to join our team at Potential Security Ltd. as a key member of our technical support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection and Repair: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed to a high standard.
  • Electronic Equipment Testing: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify any faults or defects.
  • Circuit and Component Diagnosis: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults to ensure that all necessary repairs are completed.
  • Product Testing and Adjustment: Test and adjust repaired products to ensure that they are functioning properly.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies as required.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports to ensure that all necessary information is recorded.
Type of Service and Repair
  • Alarm/Security System: Provide technical support and repair services for alarm and security systems.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Physically Demanding: The role requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment and to lift and move equipment as required.
