Position Summary:
As an Overnight Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk operations, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage front desk operations with a courteous demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries professionally.
- Direct visitors and assist them as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including mail sorting and package preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist residents as required.
- Conduct routine cleaning of common areas and ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing and folding linens.
- Collaborate with management to report maintenance needs.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Current certifications in CPR and First Aid are preferred.
