Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Williams Lake location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Prepare merchandise orders, prepare banking deposits, and perform other miscellaneous paperwork
  • Place small items into stock in the sales area of the store
  • Assist in replenishing shelves after receiving deliveries of pet food and supplies
  • Perform other duties and tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous retail or guest service experience is desirable
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and closing
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software is desirable
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively without assistance
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from the store
