Key Responsibilities- Plan Review and Inspection: Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Construction Monitoring: Inspect the construction of buildings and engineering projects to ensure that they are built to specifications and meet safety standards.
- Code Compliance: Verify that all construction projects meet the relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction sites are safe and healthy for workers and the public.
- Financial Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of construction costs, timelines, and progress.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, architecture, or engineering.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction inspection or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
