About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ULTRAMAR - COUNTRY STYLE COFFEE - CORNER STORE. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Order merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell products to meet sales targets and customer demands.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a secure and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
