Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Assist customers with purchases and returns
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
