Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Moose Motel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our motel.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
Work Scheduling and ProceduresEstablish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Supervision and GuidancePerform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
Reporting and AnalysisPrepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Problem-Solving and Quality ControlResolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Client ServiceAssist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Staff ManagementCo-ordinate, assign, and review work, as well as hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Equipment MaintenanceMaintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition materials and supplies as needed.
