Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at 4Ever Care. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as serving meal trays.
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and supervise exercise routines.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks, as well as laundry and linen management.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic life support.
  • Transport patients between care facilities, as needed.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

As a Healthcare Support Worker with 4Ever Care, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community facilities. You will be required to travel to different locations, using your own vehicle, and may be exposed to physical demands of the job, including lifting and bending.
