Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Architect to spearhead the management and delivery of complex Identity Governance & Administration projects. The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and business process requirements.
  • Lead the development of quality access provisioning and governance specifications.
  • Architect and design the implementation of Saviynt solutions.
  • Evaluate client requirements and outline the feasibility of Saviynt implementations.
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, use cases, technical designs, and testing.
  • Document and maintain plans for testing, system builds, and deployment activities.
  • Establish best practices for implementation and guide teams in adherence to these practices.
  • Scope, plan, and manage all aspects of solution delivery.
  • Oversee project and customer team coordination.
  • Manage program-level risks and issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory controls.
  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to build consensus around IAM program success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the Identity & Access Management domain.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing Saviynt Security Manager.
  • Proficient in developing J2EE/Java applications with a focus on REST APIs and Web services.
  • Strong expertise in relational databases and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to develop troubleshooting methodologies with Saviynt Security Manager.
  • Deep understanding of information security fundamentals in the IAM domain.
  • Clear understanding of traditional IGA versus Cloud-managed IGA implementations.
  • Familiarity with LDAP technologies.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Access Management applications and solutions.
  • Familiarity with as-a-service model solutions.
  • Development of IAM strategies and roadmaps.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field (required).
  • Master's degree in Business or a related technical field (preferred).
  • CISSP and CCSP certifications are preferred.
