Position Overview
ROLE SUMMARY
- Oversee and guarantee the efficient operation of various Food & Beverage venues.
- Conduct inventory assessments across different outlets, maintaining precise records to meet operational needs.
- Organize and coordinate events for the diverse Food & Beverage establishments.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Train and guide the Food & Beverage team members across the various outlets.
- Handle administrative responsibilities for the Food & Beverage sectors, including responding to guest inquiries, managing service sections, and assisting in menu development.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations within all Food & Beverage areas and the broader hotel environment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (such as Culinary and Front Desk) to ensure seamless operations of the Food & Beverage outlets.
Candidate Profile
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in various Food & Beverage settings, including All-Day Dining and Bar Restaurants.
- Possesses a certificate or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management, with experience in Luxury and Lifestyle Hotels.
- Familiarity with Micros or similar Point of Sale systems.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A passion for mentoring and fostering a positive team culture.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand the demands of the industry and work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Insights
Prior experience is advantageous.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a benefit.
