Food Processing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at The Meat Factory Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage processing department.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 5-10 production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare and review production reports to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Recommend measures to improve product quality and productivity.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet production deadlines.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

The Meat Factory Limited is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy production area with a team of production staff. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
