Job Description

Six Souls Technologies Ltd. is seeking a skilled Database Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure.
  • Database Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a strategic blueprint for deploying databases within our organization.
  • Data Security and Access Control: Enact measures to prevent unauthorized access to our data and ensure that only authorized personnel have access.
  • IT Infrastructure Setup: Configure our IT infrastructure to allow applications to access our databases.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Test data models and database management systems to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Data Administration Policy: Develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Research and Documentation: Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, as well as data access rules.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, as well as backup and recovery of data.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
