Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and developing a comprehensive knowledge of merchandise.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and organized environment.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving financial objectives, including inventory management and revenue growth.
  • Coach and train store personnel to help them achieve their personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach store employees to ensure peak performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain CRM data, inventory management, revenue, merchandising, and loss prevention programs in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all employees provide the same level of service.
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and professional working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness, accurate ticketing, and proper display.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong selling skills and at least 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, specialty, and/or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel).
  • Must have open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs.
