Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at SARAI TRUCKING LIMITED. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in financial duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management
  • Ensure the smooth operation of financial equipment and systems
  • Resolve financial work problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and maintain financial records
  • Coordinate and review the work of staff
  • Requisition or order financial supplies and equipment
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair of financial equipment
  • Coordinate activities with other departments
  • Establish financial work schedules and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
Work Environment:

The Accounting Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately and efficiently in this environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Accounting Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
