Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

Hunter Express Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, supervising staff, and providing financial, business, and tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
  • Train staff on accounting procedures and systems to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in accounting and related areas.
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, including financial statements and reports.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Examine accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial, business, and tax advice to management and staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
