  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit sales.
  • Share product knowledge with customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure the department is well-stocked and presented, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
  • Retail customer service experience is considered an asset.
