RV Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven RV Sales Representative to join our team at Traveland RV Supercentres. As an RV Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences, present and demonstrate inventory, and negotiate sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification to provide expert advice to customers.
- Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets and increase revenue.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant education or prior sales training an asset.
- Experience: Previous sales experience an asset, but not necessary.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong product knowledge.
- Competitive Compensation: Commission-based pay plan with up to $150,000 with a guaranteed wage supplement.
