Salesforce Deployment Specialist

Our team at NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Deployment Specialist to join our ranks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our clients' digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather requirements and define, design, and implement DevOps architecture for Salesforce deployments.
- Deploy releases to various environments and perform hotfixes and rollbacks as needed.
- Write build scripts and pipelines to implement end-to-end build and deployment orchestration.
- Verify successful continuous delivery deployments and define branching strategies to support parallel software development.
- Review continuous delivery validation builds for failures and resolve deployment issues with Development and Configuration teams.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform and a deep understanding of Salesforce metadata and configuration.
- Deep understanding of DevOps best practices and modern CI/CD design principles within an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of scratch orgs and proficiency in implementing package-based deployments in Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Flosum.
