We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at DR. WILLIAM VU DENTISTRY PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist dentists with clinical duties, including preparing plaster models and moulds, sterilizing instruments, and polishing teeth.
- Take and develop X-rays, and take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Healing Arts Radiation Protection (HARP) Certification.
- Registration with provincial or territorial authorities.
- Certification by the National Dental Assisting Examining Board.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
