Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire #467. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise and services
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise
  • Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
