Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Optical Sales Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As an Optical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and fostering a positive and productive retail-selling environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Lead Retail Team: Coach, develop, and motivate retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee sales floor, merchandise, and visual appearance of the store to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Recruit and Train: Recruit, train, and develop associates to meet business needs and ensure a strong bench of talent.
  • Implement Marketing Initiatives: Execute local and national marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or comparable experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in an optical or sales environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record of sales growth, ability to facilitate and train others, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
