Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in various tasks, and driving sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, and merchandising and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Guest Services and drive sales growth
- Support the Store Manager in store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail and/or management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds
