Financial Consultant Trainee

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Financial Consultant Trainee to join our team at Westoba Credit Union. As a Financial Consultant Trainee, you will play a key role in attracting new business and growing our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Participate in community outreach and volunteer efforts to promote Westoba Credit Union's brand and values.
Requirements:
- Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services.
- Minimum two years sales experience in the financial or retail industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
