Financial Consultant Trainee

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Financial Consultant Trainee to join our team at Westoba Credit Union. As a Financial Consultant Trainee, you will play a key role in attracting new business and growing our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote Westoba Credit Union in the community through positive word-of-mouth, social media, and volunteer efforts.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring a memorable experience every time.
Requirements:
- Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services.
- Minimum two years sales experience in the financial or retail industries, with previous lending experience being an asset.
- A forward-thinking and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude.
- A high-energy individual who is not afraid to take on new challenges and grow our business.

Salary Range: $41-$51 per hour, based on skills and experience.
