Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and stimulate interest in Mircom's offerings.
  • Articulate and promote Mircom's unique selling proposition (USP) through engaging content and events that distinguish our brand in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management teams during the product development phase to devise effective marketing strategies.
  • Execute demand generation initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email campaigns, social media outreach, and content creation.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to position Mircom as a leader in demand generation.
  • Ensure the company website functions effectively as a demand generation tool, managing content, technical performance, and branding.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading a successful marketing team.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for events and regional engagements.
