Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to clients during operational hours.
  • Support the training of fellow cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
Store Presentation:
  • Help uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier area.
  • Stay informed about and assist in implementing SEPHORA's merchandising strategies.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at minimizing inventory loss.
Merchandising and Operations:
  • Execute timely receipt and processing of shipments.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom in accordance with company standards.
  • Handle transfers, damages, and testers as per company guidelines.
  • Check in all visual merchandising elements and report any missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Communicate any inventory-related issues to Supervisors or Store Managers.
  • Adhere to sampling policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management activities.
  • Selected consultants will receive cross-training in cashier responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, ideally in a stockroom role.
  • Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while being attentive to client and business needs.
  • Proficient time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work in an environment with fragrance.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to bend and stretch to stock shelves.
