Exciting Opportunity for a Retail Merchandising Specialist

We are in search of a motivated Retail Merchandising Specialist to represent prominent brands across various sectors, including food, beauty products, and technology. This position involves collaboration with our esteemed client, Danone.

This is a part-time, ongoing role, requiring approximately two days of work each week.

This position offers a fantastic chance for individuals seeking daytime work with a flexible schedule, ideal for those who thrive in an independent environment while having access to a supportive team when necessary.

  • Assist in merchandising projects and strengthen relationships with store and service managers. Specifically:
  • Set up and refresh displays, signage, and fixtures according to provided layouts and guidelines. Plan and coordinate store visits within the designated area.
  • Communicate work schedules to team members as needed.
  • Engage in training sessions via conference calls, online platforms, and in-person workshops as required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts in stores.
  • Complete all reporting requirements, including daily logs with images of completed tasks (submitted online).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in grocery merchandising is preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiasm, independence, and a proactive attitude
  • Flexibility and adaptability, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, based on client requirements
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs, as the role may involve physical tasks
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle for travel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
