Position Overview

The Hotel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our establishment. This position requires a strong leader who can manage staff and operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Coordination: Oversee activities in collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules and procedures for staff.
  • Supervision: Perform the same tasks as the team members you supervise, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Work Assignment: Assign and review tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Staff Development: Recruit and train employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Maintenance: Ensure the operational efficiency of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
  • Inventory Management: Order necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
