Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

OTSFF Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality products and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Inventory control software, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines
Work Environment:

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in this setting and maintain a high level of productivity.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
