Position Overview

The Cement Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the execution of cement finishing tasks within various construction projects. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure quality and efficiency in all operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the activities of workers engaged in cement finishing.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints and project drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Order and manage the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of cement finishers, providing guidance and support.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in cement finishing is required.
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Working Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
