At MECCA ENTERPRISES LTD., we are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cement finishing process, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production reports and coordinate activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Recruit and train staff, and manage personnel actions to maintain a productive team environment.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies to support project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction and cement finishing. They will be organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week, and a dynamic work environment that values employee growth and development.
