About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our design community, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that are user-centered and visually appealing.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and standards that ensure consistency across our digital products.
  • Conduct design research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members, and effectively communicate the value of design in driving business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
