MECANICIEN INDUSTRIEL


Le mécanicien industriel joue un rôle essentiel dans le développement de systèmes laser industriels adaptés aux besoins de nos clients. Au sein de l'équipe d'ingénierie de projet, il collabore étroitement avec les autres membres de l'équipe ainsi qu'avec les membres de l'équipe R&D afin d'intégrer les produits Laserax dans les solutions industrielles. Il sera responsable de l'aspect mécanique des machines et réalisera des projets clients.


ÉLARGIS TON RAYONNEMENT


  • Développer les parties mécaniques de nos systèmes laser industriels;
  • Élaborer les dessins techniques détaillés pour les composants et les systèmes mécaniques;
  • Produire les nomenclatures et maintenir les documents d'ingénierie;
  • Collaborer au développement et à l'optimisation de modules réutilisables entre les différents systèmes;
  • Collaborer lors des études système en début de projet;
  • Assurer le respect des échéanciers des différents livrables mécaniques;
  • Optimisation des conceptions afin d'en minimiser les coûts;
  • Suivi des sous-traitants et partenaires intégrateurs pour la conception et l'intégration des systèmes;
  • Supporter le département des ventes lors de propositions de projet.


CE QU'ON RECHERCHE


  • Diplôme technique en génie mécanique combiné à 10 années d'expérience pertinentes;
  • Connaissance avancée de SolidWorks;
  • Connaissance des procédes de fabrication; usinage, tôlerie, soudage, impression 3D, etc.
  • Faire preuve de leadership, initiative et aptitude à prendre des décisions;
  • Excellent esprit d'équipe combiné à un sens de l'autonomie et de l'initiative;
  • Expérience de travail dans un contexte d'équipe multidisciplinaire en développement de systèmes;
  • Expérience de travail dans la sécurité machine industrielle;
  • Expérience en conception pour environnement hostile. ex; métalurgie, automobile (atout).
