About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.


Key Responsibilities


Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Anticipating Guest Needs

Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, providing a proactive approach to caring for them.

Team Leadership

Inspire, support, and guide your team to deliver a guest experience that blurs the line between restaurants and quick service restaurants.

Guest Engagement

Connect with guests and answer their questions about our food and our brand, making them feel valued at all touchpoints.

Conflict Resolution

Be a model of calm and fairness with guest experiences and handle various situations with composure and positivity.

Brand Ambassador

Make McDonald's about more than just our awesome, crave-worthy food. To make it an experience that delights and builds a strong relationship with our guests.
