Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Lakeshore Liquor. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to improve sales and reduce waste.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment, or equivalent experience.
- Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and bend, crouching, and kneeling as required.
