Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at pt Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify diagnoses, level of distress, and functional impairment
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address complex psychological conditions and psychosocial needs
- Work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams to provide 1-1 psychological services and consultation to other team members and management
- Provide supervision and training to other psychologists and psychotherapists
- Develop new mental health program content for various client groups and leverage novel approaches to the delivery of mental health services
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
- Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists
- Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Conducting psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
- Providing evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
- Developing and evaluating mental health programs
