- Plan, Develop and Implement Purchasing Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain effective purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee the Evaluation of the Cost and Quality of Goods or Services: Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.
- Authorize the Development of Specifications for Products or Services: Collaborate with suppliers to develop product specifications that meet business requirements.
- Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Review and Process Claims Against Suppliers: Investigate and resolve claims against suppliers in a timely and fair manner.
- Oversee the Analysis of Data and Information: Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the Preparation of Reports: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of supply chain performance metrics.
- Advise Senior Management: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on supply chain matters.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Develop and implement inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking and control.
- Resolve Delivery and Other Problems with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery and other issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Negotiate Prices, Discounts, Credit Terms and Transportation Arrangements with Suppliers: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Maintain Records on Inventory Control System: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and movements.
- Establish Delivery Schedules: Collaborate with suppliers to establish delivery schedules that meet business requirements.
- Assign, Coordinate and Review Projects and Programs: Lead and manage projects and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, Organize and Oversee Operational Logistics of the Organization: Develop and implement operational logistics processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate Daily Operations: Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office and Inventory Control Software: Proficiency in MS Office and inventory control software is required.
