Job Description

**Business Systems Analyst**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Business Analysis**: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes.
  • **Requirements Gathering**: Gather and document business requirements to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • **Solution Development**: Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes, including process improvements, system enhancements, and training programs.
  • **Stakeholder Management**: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs.
  • **Project Management**: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • **Bachelor's Degree**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related field.
  • **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • **Agile Methodologies**: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • **Business Intelligence**: Experience with business intelligence tools, including data analysis and reporting.
  • **Cloud Computing**: Experience with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
