Job Summary

Tasty Bites is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and take steps to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure that the dining area and kitchen are clean and sanitized at all times.
    • Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to prevent the spread of illness and maintain a healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Working Conditions

The Food Service Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

The Food Service Counter Attendant will work a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
