ROLE SUMMARY

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of our store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Your responsibilities will encompass employee management, revenue oversight, and fostering community relationships to enhance market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership:
    • Guide and mentor team members to foster collaboration and productivity.
    • Establish clear performance objectives and regularly assess team dynamics.
    • Direct staff in their roles and encourage professional development.
  • Operational Management:
    • Enhance operational processes for maximum efficiency.
    • Identify underperforming assets and implement strategies for improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular audits.
    • Manage human resources functions, including payroll and scheduling.
  • Financial Acumen:
    • Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
    • Utilize performance metrics to set financial objectives and strategic plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years in the equipment rental or construction sectors.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Operations Management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction equipment.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software.
