We are looking for a candidate with experience in financial reporting, cash management, and administrative controls. Your expertise will be essential in managing residential construction projects, housing sales, statutory filings, and fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial reporting and related metrics for multiple projects and revenue streams;
  • Oversee cash management and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financiers, donors, and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies and campaigns;

Requirements
