Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operational activities.
- Guide and support staff in various administrative functions including records management, finance, and human resources.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Manage budgets for projects, contracts, and resources.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Technical SkillsProficiency in various software applications is essential, including:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- QuickBooks
- Database management
