Description du poste

Responsabilités principales
- Offrir des produits et services postaux aux clients et aux entreprises;
- Trier, distribuer et gérer le courrier de manière efficace;
- Fournir des informations et des formulaires aux clients;
- Résoudre rapidement les problèmes liés à la livraison et au service.
Critères d'admissibilité
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent, ou expérience en administration;
- Expérience dans le service à la clientèle ou la vente au détail;
- Connaissance des systèmes de comptabilité ou des opérations postales;
- Capacité physique pour manipuler des charges jusqu'à 50 lb et rester debout longtemps;
- Disponibilité pour des missions temporaires.
