Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Tacotime, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
