We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Philthy Philly's Cheesesteak & Poutinerie. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food for customers
    • Portion and wrap food items to meet customer specifications
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions
    • Standing for extended periods
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and ability to work in a team environment
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week
