Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the operation of all components of the converting line, including:
    • Re-winders, Folders, Case Packers, Case Sealers, Bundlers, Palletizing Robots
  • Ensure all raw materials are verified against specification sheets
  • Maintain daily quality and production documentation
  • Assist with product changeovers according to the planned production schedule
  • Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments as necessary
  • Carry out general labor tasks as required

Through various distribution channels, we provide premium paper-based solutions to the accommodation, food service, property management, and healthcare industries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and adhere to production schedules
  • Capability to lift up to 50 LBS/27 KG
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to successfully complete mechanical aptitude assessments

Compensation:

Fully trained rates range from $19.33 to $25.43, plus shift premiums. Total compensation includes annual bonus opportunities, a pension plan, and a competitive group benefits package.
