Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Delivery Drivers to join our team at Quality Tops & Kitchens Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our products to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
    • Provide guidance and support to drivers to improve their performance and productivity
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and schedules
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for delivery
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any logistical issues
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
    • Work with customers to resolve any delivery issues or concerns
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance and productivity
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Certifications/Licenses
    • Valid driver's license
