About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at ANK MAINTENANCE SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and polish floors to a high shine.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Elevator Cleaning: Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Trash and Debris Removal: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to keep the facility clean.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
