Job Overview:
beBee Professionals is seeking a seasoned Communications Consultant to drive strategic communications initiatives and support the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in communications and public relations, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective communications plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Create and manage engaging content for various channels, including website, social media, and print
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of communications initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
  • Manage external communications and media relations, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Provide expert communications advice and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of communications initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in communications and/or public relations, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and channels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible mindset
  • Knowledge of communications and public relations best practices, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in content management systems and other relevant tools
